With a strong background in user experience design and graphic design, I bring a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking to my work.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated leadership abilities, working effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects. I excel at leveraging design thinking principles to propel organizational/cross-departmental changes. I also utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
My educational background includes a BFA in User Experience Design from the Savannah College of Art & Design, where I also pursued a minor in Graphic Design. During my time at SCAD, I had the opportunity to participate in the SCADPro Sponsored Collaboration with Lenovo, where I helped create an educational AR/VR experience for children to learn STEM curriculum.
Currently, as a Product Design Lead at IBM, I have been instrumental in designing and releasing core features for IBM Cloud Schematics, enhancing the experience of IaC deployments and management of IBM Cloud resources. Additionally, I am leading a team towards maximizing the value of the IBM Cloud Schematics automation service, ensuring consistency across IBM Cloud and exceeding key KPI/OKR's.
